Questions before you order

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order, so please allow 10–21 business days from when you place your order to when it arrives.

What if my photo file isn't high enough resolution?

We produce every piece from your original high-resolution file on record with us, not the copy you upload here — your upload just tells us which artwork to use. If there's ever an issue with the file on our end, we'll reach out before production begins.

Do I get to see a proof before it's made?

We don't send a proof before production, since every combination of finish, layout, and size is standardised to what you select above. Want to double-check anything first? Email hello@irisandlight.ai.

How do I know what size to order?

Our Size Guide walks through recommended sizes by room and wall.

What if my piece arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact hello@irisandlight.ai within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll sort it out. See our Refund Policy.

Can I return my piece if I change my mind?

Because every piece is custom-made from your own iris image, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has started. Full details in our Refund Policy.
