Custom, Made-to-Order Products

Every wall art piece sold on this site is produced individually from a photograph, at the finish, layout, and size you select — see our Refund Policy.

How Your Iris Images Are Used

We photograph the visible patterns and colours of your iris to create personalised artwork. We do not sell your images or use them in marketing without permission.

Iris & Light provides artistic photography services only. Our services are not medical procedures and are not intended to diagnose any condition.

Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked online or in person. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, production issues, or suspected fraud. Because each piece is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started — see our Refund Policy.

Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Iris & Light is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
